Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 5, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by **Omnicast** (hosted on [omnicast.pro](https://omnicast.pro)), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must immediately cease accessing or using our services.
2. Service Description
Omnicast operates secure private streaming pipelines delivering worldwide television broadcasts, movies-on-demand, and sports packages. We provide static subscription accounts compatible with third-party player applications.
We do not host or own any media streams directly; our service aggregates existing streams onto a robust, secure delivery grid.
3. Subscriptions & Account Access
- Subscriptions are active for the exact duration purchased (3, 6, or 12 months) starting from account setup confirmation.
- **Simultaneous Connections**: You may only stream on the number of simultaneous devices specified in your plan (1 to 5 devices). Exceeding this limit will trigger automated security rate-limiting and temporary account locks.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Sharing accounts with unauthorized parties is strictly prohibited.
4. Billing & P2P Orders
Omnicast uses peer-to-peer secure encryption setups. Purchases are initiated on the frontend and routed to secure, verified WhatsApp or Telegram messaging channels. Payments are completed manually with the assistance of a support agent. We do not store or process credit card numbers on our static web server.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA, our stream availability depends on global network routers, CDNs, and local internet speeds. Omnicast shall not be liable for temporary network outages, stream buffering caused by slow domestic speeds, or blocks enforced by third-party internet service providers.
6. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
